💼 Partnership Policy & Terms

  • • MAP Policy Enforcement: To protect brand value, all authorized resellers must adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. Your listing prices cannot be lower than our official retail price.
  • • Purchasing Structure: We offer a 15% discount for MOQ 1 (Dropship), 20% discount for MOQ 20 (Tier 1), and up to 40% discount for MOQ 100+ (Tier 2).
  • • Shipping & Fulfillment: Shipping costs are explicitly calculated per order based on volume/weight and destination. We support LTL freight for bulk and USPS/UPS for dropshipping.
  • • Warranty & RMA: Defective items are covered under our 1-year replacement warranty (OBD code required). Non-defective returns or incorrect orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • • Account Approval: A valid Business License and Tax ID / Resale Certificate are required to open an authorized dealer account and secure tax-exempt status.
