Technical Notes
1. Installation Verification: This is a direct replacement part. Before installation, verify the original part using photos or part numbers to ensure exact model compatibility.
2. Performance Features: The 10-hole nozzle design delivers superior fuel atomization, enhancing combustion efficiency and reducing emissions.
3. Compatibility Note: Suitable for gasoline engines. Maintain fuel system cleanliness during installation to prevent contaminants from entering the injector.
4. Service Assurance: For any installation or compatibility issues, contact technical support for solutions at any time.

Fuel nozzle fault performance:

1.Fuel hole is clogging

2.Poor sealing. Poor sealing of the needle valve and the needle valve body, resulting in poor atomization or oil leakage of the injector

3.Has air in the oil circuit

4.Poor oil supply

5.Insufficient spring force of the piston spring or spring break

6.Piston wear, which affects oil supply

How to judge the injector is clogged or damaged?

1.Engine noise is getting bigger, especially in low gear and below 2500 rpm

2.The throttle response is not sensitive, the acceleration is not smooth, and the throttle will have obvious hysteresis.

3.The idling range is small, especially when starting, the jitter is obvious, and it is not easy to eliminate. The 1st and 2nd gears have a slight lack of cylinder feel.

4.Engine fault light is on
