Fuel nozzle fault performance:
- Fuel hole is clogging
- Poor sealing. Poor sealing of the needle valve and the needle valve body, resulting in poor atomization or oil leakage of the injector
- Has air in the oil circuit

- Insufficient spring force of the piston spring or spring break
- Piston wear, which affects oil supply
How to judge the injector is clogged or damaged?
- Engine noise is getting bigger, especially in low gear and below 2500 rpm
- The throttle response is not sensitive, the acceleration is not smooth, and the throttle will have obvious hysteresis.
- The idling range is small, especially when starting, the jitter is obvious, and it is not easy to eliminate. The 1st and 2nd gears have a slight lack of cylinder feel.
- Engine fault light is on
